Paul Surgenor is an Organizational Psychologist who has been supporting organizations to thrive for two decades.

He has a BSc and PhD in Psychology from Ulster University, an MBA from Technological University Dublin, Graduate Diploma in Adult Learning from Maynooth University, and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Canterbury.

Paul has worked with academics across the world, global corporations, associations and nonprofits. Because of his background and publications in mental health and wellbeing, he is particularly interested in creating teams and cultures where people feel respected and included, connected to their colleagues, invested in their organization’s mission, and positive about their career and potential.
